Ensure that individuals treatment plans are consistently implemented by following the treatment plan goals and interventions building and maintaining a therapeutic relationship with those served utilizing sound judgment and seeking out appropriate with family and treatment team members; educate parents/guardians on reinforcement and intervention information when appropriate interactional style and maintain dignity and respect towards those safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors to build a repertoire of communication social interaction and problem-solving prompts appropriately to promote successful independent the frequency or duration of safe and appropriate replacement behaviors by providing access to participant progress objectively using behavior-analytic methods identify solutions to barriers and make recommendations to the supervisor and behavior analyst as collect behavioral data as defined in the RBT program as all clinical and residential documentation in a timely and accurate daily updates including new programs access level changes scheduled sessions proper implementation and retraining as needed by routinely communicating with and prepare for leisure activities to keep participants engaged and active when therapy sessions are not taking in training and refresher sessions led by clinical staff on the implementation of program updates to ensure that rehabilitative objectives are clinical meetings such as access review meetings clinical team meetings progress conferences etc. as up-to-date residential status for participants and identify problem areas affecting participants; implement solutions as recommended by the clinical and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures and maintain compliance with relevant external regulatory : High school diploma or equivalent Credential or desire to work toward obtaining the RBT Credential with guidance provided and the ability to complete that training and board exam within six months from the hiring years of completed college coursework in psychology education social work behavioral science human development or a related field years of experience working with individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury or other individuals with developmental behavior challenges who engage in severe problem behaviors is CPR/First Aid certification as required by the drivers license in good standing car registration and auto insurance if providing transportation for the individual receiving with the ability to maintain composure and exercise sound judgment and communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.A good listener with an ability to empathize while still providing Join Us Paid time off and health benefits for full-time job security with career development and advancement training holiday pay mileage with some of the best co-workers you could ask for!Rewarding hands-on work that makes a lasting impact on the lives of have meaningful work for you join our team Apply Today!#LI-TC1
