Job Summary:This position is designed as an entry level role. Under the close supervision by a Clinical Supervisor BCBA the BT will implement behavioral reduction or treatment plans for individuals with behavioral-based developmental Duties: % Of Role Description100% Working under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor BCBA implements treatment plans meant to reduce problematic behavior or improve daily living skills. Collects and analyzes behavioral data using Central Reach software. Maintains client confidentiality and client dignity. Provides updates to parents or other caretakers regarding client progress or ongoing treatments as instructed by the Clinical Supervisor. Ensures that all treatments provided follow established behavior reduction and behavior skills protocols. Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
