Job Summary
What Youll Do:
As a Behavior Analyst at BHN you will deliver high-quality behavioral health services in home outpatient and community settings. Youll conduct assessments design treatment plans and provide training and consultation to help individuals build meaningful skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Youll also work closely with families caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure that treatment plans are practical culturally appropriate and goal-oriented.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP ABLLS AFLS)
Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs
Design data collection systems and monitor treatment effectiveness
Deliver behavioral consultation and training to caregivers staff and collateral providers
Collaborate with schools IEP/IFSP teams and other support systems
Document all services clearly and submit progress notes and treatment plans in a timely manner
Provide modeling and coaching to caregivers and team members on intervention strategies

What Youll Bring:
Masters Degree in a mental health field (required)
BCBA certification or eligibility within one year (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in behavior analysis including functional assessments and plan development
Experience working in home or community-based settings with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational analytical and interpersonal skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation (required)
Must be 21 years of age or older

Pay: $60008-$96012.80 per year
Shift:Monday-Friday 8am-8pm (Flexible schedule based on needs of clients) 40 hour work week
