1 position per site; Central Park and McDermoth. 2 hours per week for planning up to 64 hours total paid by timesheet.

Program dates: September 14 2026 - May 27 2027

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Responsible for planning the program (snack homework time STEM activities etc.)
• Responsible for completing program/student registration
• Track attendance
• Work with food service (if needed)
• Designee for teacher and family contacts

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in a related areaOR a minimum of 5 years working directly with students in a school setting
• Experience in an educational setting
• Bilingual/Spanish speaking preferred
• Prior supervision and/or program experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of correct grammar spelling and English usage
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students parents staff and the general public
• Desired effective characteristics include: flexibility enthusiasm a willingness to develop relationships and learn new skills
• Experience working with families with low socio-economic status
• Ability to schedule and organize after-school activities
