Before and After School Program Leader/Primary School Professional - Fremont CA

Location(s): Brookvale Elementary and Forest Park - TK-5th Grade

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday 7 am to 6 pm (with two shifts offered) and no weekends!

AlphaBEST Education provides extended day summer and enrichment programs that are designed to inspire and engage students while they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun safe environment.

As an AlphaBEST Program Leader youll help shape meaningful before and after school moments that help children learn grow and thrive.

To Apply You Will Need to Have One of the Following:

• Associates Degree or higher
• 48 College Credit Hours
• Passed a Paraeducator Exam.

Were looking for an early learning professional who:

• Enjoys working with children in a structured high-energy environment.
• Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely.
• Is flexible reliable and ready to jump in wherever needed.

In this role you will:

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities.
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where children feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates children and school staff.
