• Supervising and ensuring safety of students during the program.
• Understanding and enforcing all rules and regulations established for the Before and After School Program.
• Instructing and engaging all students during the activities.
• Monitoring and ensuring appropriate student behavior.
• Working closely cooperatively and amicably with all staff members and site lead.
• Reporting all health-related behavior and other difficulties to the Recreation Supervisor.
• Seeking advice from Recreation supervisor.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

This position has a pay range of $15.00 - $20.44. Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 6:15 am - 8:05 am and 2:45 pm -6:00 pm. This position runs in conjunction with the school year starting on August 27th and ending on June 15th with training held beforehand on August 24th 25th and 26th. This position is expected to start on 8/17/2026.

Were happy to offer flexible schedules for our counselors. Choose your own hours based on your availability. Employees earn paid leave at the rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked.
