• Help with mobility and transfers
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and support with daily activities
• Follow individualized care plans
• Observe and report changes in clients conditions

• Current Experienced PCAs / and Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)
• Dependable compassionate and patient
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in clients homes
