THE TYPE OF BEAUTY SCHOOL ESTHETICS INSTRUCTOR WERE LOOKING FOR
Were searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
- Current cosmetology or esthetician license
- Current instructor license (or willingness to obtain well train the right candidate)
- Excellent organization coaching and communication skills
- Skills in supervision teamwork documentation and return on investment
- Solid work history with verifiable references
- Passion for the beauty industry
- Honesty and professionalism
Experience in a cosmetology school and familiarity with Paul Mitchell systems are preferred.
WHAT ITS LIKE TO BE OUR BEAUTY SCHOOL ESTHETICS INSTRUCTOR
This role offers a part-time schedule providing consistent evening hours of 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm Monday - Thursday.
In this part-time role youll guide Future Professionals through engaging hands-on clinic experiences leading mini classes building interactive learning centers and bringing objective-based education to life. Your day will be filled with coaching mentoring and inspiring students as they develop both technical skills and exceptional guest service. Youll foster a positive high-energy environment while supporting students growth and confidence all while contributing to exciting activities like fashion shows team trainings and creative events that make each day impactful and rewarding.
