Schedule: Monday - Friday

Seneca Health Care Center is looking to add a Beautician to its this role youll provide hair care and salon services that help residents look and feel their best while creating a positive and enjoyable experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide hair care services including shampooing styling cutting permanents color rinses and tints based on resident preferences
• Maintain daily service records and submit required documentation to the business office
• Ensure the beauty shop remains clean organized attractive and compliant with safety standards
• Properly clean disinfect and maintain salon equipment and supplies
• Safely store chemicals and beauty supplies in designated secured areas
• Assist with transporting residents to and from the beauty shop as needed
• Communicate with residents and families regarding beauty shop services
• Collaborate with staff to support resident satisfaction and overall well-being
• Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma
• Valid NYS Cosmetology License required
• 6 months of hairdressing experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a clean safe and professional work environment
• Ability to work effectively with residents families and interdisciplinary teams
• Commitment to resident dignity confidentiality and quality service
