BDC Representative

A BDC Representative utilizes their selling ability computer skills customer service courteous phone manners and positive attitudes to get customers into our doors via sales appointments. You will coordinate incoming online and phone inquiries as well as conduct cold prospecting at the direction of supervisors.

Our BDC Representatives are the first person our customers speak with whether its online text messaging and/or by phone. BDC Representatives are responsible for handling incoming phone calls and internet requests as well as scheduling appointments. We are looking for candidates who have a professional voice and are sympathetic to the customers needs.

• Communicating with sales customers via:
  • Text
  • Email
  • Phone Calls
• Setting confirming and following up with sales appointments
• Customer Satisfaction Calls pertaining to our sales processes
• Keeping up with specific tasks and customer management via our Customer Experience Management System (CRM.)
• Participating and keeping up to date with in-house training qualifications
• Completing and helping with all customer requests
• Other duties as assigned by management

• At least 1 to 2 years minimum experience in customer service or retail sales
• General Computer knowledge is required
• Must be comfortable with making up to or more than 100 phone calls a day
• 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Clean Driving Record

Monday through Friday: 8-hour shifts managed and executed by management

Saturdays: Requirement of every other Saturday 9 AM to 5 PM

The weeks you work a Saturday you may have a day off the week of the particular Saturday of your choosing with management approval.

Full-time

Pay: Hourly with Bonuses

Projected annual income of $22000-$36000
