MKSA/KULA provides Early Intervention Day Treatment and therapy services to children with developmental delays disabilities behavioral needs and medical needs. We typically serve children from birth through kindergarten and may expand services to elementary-aged children during the summer.
Our collaborative team includes behavior analysts registered behavior technicians teachers teaching assistants nurses occupational therapists physical therapists speech-language pathologists psychologists and other professionals. Together we partner with families to provide individualized patient-centered care that supports the whole child.

The BCBA develops and oversees individualized evidence-based behavioral services designed to help children strengthen communication social adaptive and learning skills. This position works closely with children families technicians and members of the interdisciplinary treatment team to promote positive outcomes.
Conduct behavioral assessments and use clinical findings to identify each childs individual needs
Develop implement and monitor individualized behavior treatment plans
Establish measurable goals and evaluate progress using objective data
Modify treatment strategies based on each childs progress and changing needs
Provide clinical supervision guidance and support to Registered Behavior Technicians and other assigned team members
Train staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and treatment-plan implementation
Collaborate with families therapists teachers nurses and other professionals
Maintain accurate timely and compliant clinical documentation
Participate in treatment-team meetings and communicate recommendations clearly
Promote ethical compassionate and evidence-based behavior-analytic practices
Maintain professional certification and Arkansas licensure through required continuing education
Serve as a knowledgeable and supportive clinical resource for staff and families
Education Certification and Licensure
Masters degree in behavior analysis psychology education or a related field
Completion of required graduate-level coursework in behavior analysis
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
Current license or eligibility to practice as a behavior analyst in Arkansas
Experience
One year of experience in a similar position is preferred
Newly certified BCBAs with strong clinical preparation motivation and a passion for serving children are encouraged to apply
Pediatric or early-intervention experience is a plus
