What youll do:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide services across home school clinic and other community settings
- Train and coach caregivers direct support professionals and interdisciplinary team members
- Collaborate with families and external providers to support consistent and effective care
Who You Are:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Required)
- Masters Degree in a related mental health field (required)
- Experience providing ABA services and working with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorders
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area (required)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Portuguese/Spanish speaking (preferred)

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm (Flexible schedule based on needs of clients) 40 hour work week
