Key Responsibilities
Provide staff training and coaching
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors
Train caregivers and professionals on behavioral techniques
Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance
Supervise BTs and RBTs for 10 20% of client hours
Adapt to variations in weekly schedules with flexibility
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
