Job Summary

Founding BCBA Beaumont TX

We are looking for a Founding BCBA to help build our new center-based ABA clinic from the ground up. This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the clinical culture developing the team and creating the kind of environment where clinicians can do their best work. As our founding BCBA youll have significant clinical autonomy and the opportunity to help establish the systems and standards that will guide the clinic as it grows.

Well handle the business and operational side of the clinicincluding administrative support billing credentialing finances and other behind-the-scenes responsibilitiesso you can focus on what matters most: your clients your team and the families we serve.

Our goal is to provide manageable caseloads strong operational support clinical autonomy and a collaborative work environment where clinicians can deliver exceptional care without sacrificing work-life balance or burning out.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

  • Up to $120000 annually inclusive of bonuses

Benefits include:

  • $600/month monthly stipend for medical vision and dental insurance allowing you to choose your own coverage

  • 10 paid holidays annually

  • Performance- and quality-based bonuses not driven by billable hours

  • Reduced caseload of approximately 35 clients

  • Strong administrative and operational support

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Current Texas LBA or eligibility to obtain a Texas LBA

  • 45 years of clinical ABA experience

  • Prior supervision and/or leadership experience preferred but not required

  • Experience working in a clinic-based ABA setting

  • Strong clinical judgment communication and leadership skills
