About the Role

Assist the Lead Installer in Installing home remodeling products according to Renuity.
Help Setup jobsites per the Lead Installers guidelines
Help with any cleanup needed to ensure a clean jobsite after the installation is completed.
Apply finish work as needed for every construction application.
Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion
Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respects install paperwork with the homeowner including collecting final payment.

What You ll Bring:

Bath Installation or carpentry experience
6 months of Remodeling carpentry or construction experience
Must have a valid drivers license and good driving record.
Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.
Physical strength stamina and the ability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time.
Must provide own hand tools
DOT Health Card
OSHA 10 Preferred
OSHA 30 - Preferred
Lift up to 75LB
