Job Summary
Basis: AI agents for accounting firms (120 people $140M raised Flatiron NYC). Atlas is the internal team building agents that run Basis itself.
Comp: $175K-$275K highly competitive equity. Location: On-site 5 days Flatiron NYC. Visa: Visa transfers (OPT H1B).
Build and ship internal AI agents that push code to production manage company knowledge and handle entire jobs end to end
Own context architecture: sources of truth docs synced with reality
Build integrations and MCPs making internal tooling agent-accessible
Create eval suites monitor agent trajectories iterate
Invent infrastructure interfaces and operating models for human-agent collaboration

5-15 yrs as PM engineer or founder in B2B software
Track record launching technical B2B SaaS or AI products
First-principles builder; excited about coding agents (unlimited token budget)
