Bartender | Part Time

JOB PURPOSE: The Bartender will be responsible for providing efficient friendly customer service at all times and to maintain a clean professional top-quality bar for our indoor-outdoor rooftop Ibis Sky lounge JOB FUNCTIONS:To follow enforce comply and adhere to all Omni rules policies procedures standards and recipes at all properly set-up and maintain a clean efficient bar throughout the guests when entering the restaurant with a pleasant smile and superior customer orders and answer questions/offer suggestions on both food and beverage menu selections and daily drinks for servers according to standard with the wine list and the stemware and appropriate garnishes procedures as outlined in employee manual and bartenders manual.
