BartenderOverview:Responsible for delivering excellence in guest service by developing relationships with guests providing personalized serviceanticipatingand delivering guests needs. The Bartendercomprehendsthe cocktail/beverage menus prepares drinks as requested by ourguestsand serves drinks to our guests either directly or via service :Consistent maintenance and refinement of service with all hotel standards and local compliance with healthsafetyand sanitation awareness have extensive knowledge of a variety of alcoholic beverages mustretainand maintain complete knowledge of all food andbeverage all necessary tasks for bartender according to the standard operating procedure of the hotel including but not limited setting up BQT bars with glassware and beverage polishing all glassware garnish prep stock ice proper breakdown and storage of beverage requisitions service of all beverages proper bar closing allsideworkassigned by management including but not limited to the cleaning of all bar and beverage equipment cleaning bar seats and surroundingguestsareas cleaning of walls bar floors and surrounding assigned work identification for proof of age up and break down the bar adheringto all proper trash to the restaurant sanitation operation and timing of service out of the kitchen and into all banquet delivery and quality control frompointof departure to proper steps of service. Responsible for ensuring high-quality bar sets service foodqualityand any need for housekeeping or maintenance of restaurant areas and furniturefixturesand equipment to a high standard. Minimize breakage bydemonstratingcare when handling hotel assets and the controlling of food and beverage quantities by avoiding over/under performingaccuratePOS procedures and cash/credit handlingin accordance withhotel policies and positive guest service and respond positively to complaints taking allappropriate actionsto turn dissatisfied guests into return to guests requests inan accurateandtimelymanner creating a positive outcome that will result in a memorable knowledge of hotel offerings and local entertainment theaters attenda dailystand-upmeeting to gather relevant information prior to each to the cleanliness and organization of all restaurant space FOH & all necessary daily paperworki.e.)bar requisitions count logs waste necessary instructions on Restaurant Event and builds mutual trustrespectand cooperation among co-workers. Treats co-workers fairly and a professionalneatand organized appearance according to Omni swiftly and effectively in any emergency or safetysituation.
