Bartender

Join the Hilton Mystic team as a Bartender where youll create memorable experiences by crafting and serving a variety of beverages to our guests in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Located in beautiful Mystic CT this role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment focused on exceptional service.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests according to recipe standards.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and inventory.
• Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol serving laws.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar.

• Prior experience as a bartender preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal drinking age in Connecticut.
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays.
• TIPs certified
