Job Summary
As a Bartender at AC Hotel Dallas you will craft exceptional beverage experiences that complement the hotels modern European-inspired atmosphere. This role is responsible for preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while creating a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and encouraged to return. Successful candidates are passionate about hospitality knowledgeable about beverage preparation and committed to delivering outstanding guest service.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar lounge and restaurant guests.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner taking beverage and food orders while providing attentive service.
- Assess guest preferences and make thoughtful recommendations based on individual tastes.
- Mix garnish and serve classic and specialty cocktails according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Create innovative drink offerings while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
- Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all applicable alcohol service laws and regulations.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible beverage service.
- Restock and replenish bar supplies liquor beer wine garnishes and other inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar area throughout service.
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktail preparation liquor wine and beer service.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must meet all local and state requirements for alcohol service certification.
