Specific Responsibilities

• Greeting guests promptly and proactively with warm welcome.
• Creating a comfortable relaxing and fun atmosphere which will encourage repeat business.
• Maintaining positive guest relations and display spotlight behaviors.
• Ensuring proper portioning and recipe use for drinks and mixes.
• Keeping bar storage areas clean at all times and proper handling of glasses.
• Maintaining complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations particularly those prohibiting service to minors intoxicated persons and DWI.
• Maintaining stock supplies and cleanliness of bar and equipment as well as following proper rotating procedures.
• Take food orders from the guests at the bar and the dining area and serve per the course of order.
• Performing any other job-related duties as assigned by yoursupervisor.

Weekdays & weekends are required. Standard hours can vary between 2:00pm and 12:00am.

Skills/Requirements

• Candidates must be 18 years old and have the ability to obtain Safe Serve License
• 2 years prior bartending experience required
• The ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and/or consistentlyup to 10 pounds to move objects is required

The hourly range for this position is $9.30 - $11.65. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and the work location. Available benefits include medical dental vision & 401k.
