PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be an instructor in the subject of work to all who come to Goodwill for training or job placement that work ethic is more caught than taught you will teach others by your own work ethic and passion for quality.
• Exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service.
• Accurately prepare mixed drinks according to approved recipes
• Complete opening and closing bar paperwork.
• Totals bill and accepts payment .
• Assist Restaurant Manager with other related duties as required.

• Ability to inventory and rotate bar stock.
