BARTENDER 25 hour

Location: Kassi Lobby Hotel Erwin Venice Beach CA Position: Bartender (Part-Time)

Hotel Erwin offering ocean views a Mediterranean-inspired menu and a high-energy atmosphere that draws locals and visitors alike. Were looking for an experienced bartender to join our team and help deliver an exceptional guest experience in our lobby bar.

• Prepare and serve classic and craft cocktails wine and beer to the highest standard
• Provide friendly attentive and efficient service to guests at the bar and on the floor
• Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked bar station
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Work closely with servers barbacks and management to ensure smooth service
• Follow all health safety and alcohol service regulations (RBS certified or willing to obtain)

• Minimum 12 years of bartending experience high volume experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails spirits wine and beer
• Ability to multitask and stay composed during peak hours
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Reliable punctual and a team player
• Must be 21 and able to work evenings weekends and holidays
• Valid RBS certification (or ability to obtain before start date)

Education Experience and Skill Requirements

• Company in-venue bartender training Alcohol Awareness Certification Food Handling Certificate.
• 1-2 years of professional beverage experience.
• Previous bartending experience.
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge.
• Must be able to stand lift and bend for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend and lift to 50 lbs.
• Role may include job duties or tasks requiring repetitive motion.
• Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials.
• Must be able to work and remain focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule inclusive of varying shifts such as days evenings weekends and holidays.
