DESCRIPTION

As a barista youll create memorable customer experiences by providing fast friendly service and consistent quality products. This role is responsible for performing all job duties in a manner consistent with current company processes and procedures and maintaining all food safety and sanitation standards.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Greet customers take orders prepare and serve beverages as well as various sweet offerings in accordance to established recipe and aesthetic guidelines ( espresso drinks blended coffees teas pastries).
• Welcome questions & efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings.
• Clean sanitize and maintain store.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed.
• Stock and replenish food beveragesand utensils as needed.
• Ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory; communicate shortages as necessary.
• Assist with receivingunloadingand distributingdeliveries.
• Demonstrate genuine appreciation to each customer.
• Additional duties as assigned.
