Compensation:

Base pay is $20.00 per hour tips

• Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast friendly and genuine service
• Be knowledgeable about our coffee tea food and specialty drinks
• Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards
• Work all café positions our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable including working in our kitchens to make food to order
• Keep our spaces clean safe always ready for guests and teammates
• Produces proper drink and food items to standard recipe specifications
• Stock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each stations needs
• Follows health safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas

• 1 year experience in coffee food service or hospitality preferred
• Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service
• Strong communicator with a positive solution-oriented attitude
• Reliable punctual and available for nights weekends and holidays and at least 22 hours worked each week
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
