The Difference You Will Make

As a Barista you will operate espresso machines grinders blenders POS systems and other café equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workstation including counters machines and seating areas. Restock supplies such as cups lids syrups coffee beans and pastries. Assist with opening and closing tasks including cleaning inventory checks and cash handling.

What Youll Bring:

• Previous barista café or customer service experience preferred.

• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and multitask.

• Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements.

• Ability to learn beverage preparation techniques and follow recipes.

• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. At least one (1) year of related customer experience required.

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to work with long periods of standing and walking throughout the dining room kitchen and service addition employees will walk; handle food and beverage objects reach and extend with hands and arms; talk and hear. Occasional climbing balancing stooping crouching and crawling; specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision distance vision and the ability to focus.

Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job the employee is exposed to a restaurant environment including a kitchen area.

Location and Travel: Position will be based in Nashville TN Brier Creek NC Pflugerville TX or Columbus OH with occasional travel to local stores.
