Job Summary

The Barback is responsible for backing up the bartenders and cashiers by restocking products to ensure the teams stay fully stocked during events while ensuring all policies and procedures regarding alcohol dispensing are followed. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00 and is tip eligible.
This is a seasonal role from November 9 2026 and will end on January 14 2027.
This position will remain open until December 25 2026.

- Responsible for stocking products for the bar including N/A beverages alcoholic beverages icing wells sweeping and mopping the bar moving kegs in and out of keg coolers and tapping kegs.
- Drafting beer and pouring wine for guest orders running supplies for bartenders to back up fruit napkins cups utensils and stirrers.
- Assures that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to the start of the event.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas utilizing sanitation procedures; this includes mopping floors cleaning and stacking floor mats emptying and relining trash cans and keeping closet areas clear of debris and clutter.
- Responsible for recognizing guests that are visibly intoxicated and taking action to make bartenders aware of such individuals.
- Maintains sanitation health and safety standards in work areas.
- Show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented fast-paced event-driven environment.
- Ability to communicate with employees co-workers management staff and guests in a clear business-like and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
- Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations.
- Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition subtraction multiplication division and percentages) as they relate to product inventory.
- Experience working in a fast-paced high-volume bar capacity is preferred.
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment.
