Job Summary
Peninsula Golf and Country Club located in Millsboro DE is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Barback! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
- Stocks bar mixes and serves alcoholic beverages assists in cost control and maintains inventory records.
- Assists with inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products. Communicates with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.
- Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Bartender and/or Department Manager.
- Performs opening and closing duties which include but are not limited to: inventory cash control cleaning and restocking.
- Accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilizes the Point of Sales System.
- Assists with the setup and breakdown of portable bars and other catered events.
- On occasion serves meals to guests.
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
