Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly energetic and dependable Banquet Server to join our Food & Beverage this role you will provide exceptional service to guests during banquets weddings meetings and special events. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications including tables chairs linens place settings and buffet stations.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout service.
• Refill beverages clear dishes and anticipate guest needs.
• Assist with buffet setup replenishment and breakdown.
• Follow all food safety sanitation and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Work closely with banquet captains culinary staff and fellow team members to ensure successful events.
• Tear down banquet rooms and properly store equipment after each event.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous banquet restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings weekends holidays and flexible schedules.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
