1. Responds to customer and staff requests and inquiries. 2. Measures and mixes ingredients using appropriate tools and equipment. 3. Places dough and mixtures in appropriately greased containers to obtain desired shapes. 4. Decorates and flavors items with toppings. 5. Arranges and wraps food products and places items in appropriate cases for storage. 6. Maintains workstation clean and organized at all times. 7. Regulates oven temperatures to ensure an even cook. 8. Disposes of food waste appropriately. 9. Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.
