Do you love the craft of artisan bread baking Were looking for an experienced Artisan Bread Baker to join a respected wholesale bakery that supplies handcrafted breads to many of the areas top restaurants specialty markets and grocery stores.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a baker with 2 years of artisan bread experience who wants to continue developing their skills while working with high-quality ingredients traditional techniques and a team that takes pride in exceptional products.
What Youll Do
- Mix ferment shape score and bake a variety of artisan breads
- Work with naturally fermented and yeasted doughs
- Monitor proofing baking and product quality to ensure consistency
- Maintain high standards of food safety cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with a skilled production team to meet daily production goals
- Continuously refine techniques and contribute ideas for quality improvement
What Were Looking For
- At least 2 years of artisan bread baking experience
- Experience working with handcrafted breads and traditional baking methods
- Passion for baking and commitment to producing exceptional products
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
- Dependable team-oriented and eager to learn
