Job Summary:

Join the culinary team at Kneads Bakeshop a new and exciting dining destination. We are looking for a Baker to bring their passion for cooking and creativity to the kitchen. As a Baker you will work closely with the Head Baker preparing and baking a variety of breads pastries and other baked goods. This is a rare opportunity for a Baker to make a big impact at the beginning of a restaurants journey to success. Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads pastries and other baked goods.
• Mix measure and prepare dough as well as shape and bake the final products.
• Follow established recipes and instructions to ensure consistency in products.
• Ensure that baked goods are visually appealing and meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and follow food safety and sanitation
• guidelines.
• Monitor and adjust oven temperatures and baking times as needed.
• Keep accurate records of ingredients production schedules and finished products.
• Communicate any issues or complaints to management.
• Keep up with new baking trends and techniques.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods of time lift heavy bags of flour and other
• ingredients and work in a hot kitchen.
• Good knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Experience with baking equipment such as ovens mixers and dough rollers is a plus.
• Creativity and passion for baking is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends and
• holidays
