Experience

7-10 years of backend development experience

Strong Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot/WebFlux expertise

Experience with microservices and REST API development

Strong understanding of Kafka and event-driven architecture

Knowledge of distributed systems concurrency and async processing

Strong SQL and PostgreSQL/MySQL performance optimization skills

Experience with Kubernetes CI/CD and cloud-native applications

Production support monitoring and observability experience

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Ability to independently own features/services end-to-end

Good cross-team communication and collaboration skills

Experience with scalable and high-throughput systems

Bonus: AdTech BigQuery/GCP reactive programming AI-assisted development tools experience
