Job Summary

Role : Back-end Developer (Python GCP)

Location : Charlotte NC (Onsite)

Hire Type (FTE/Contract): Contract

Core Technical Skills

8 years of back-end development experience.

Advanced proficiency in Python (OOP async multithreading libraries).

Strong experience with GCP services specifically:

o Dataflow / Apache Beam

o Cloud Functions

o Cloud DLP

o Cloud Composer (Airflow)

o Pub/Sub

o GCS & Big Query

Experience with data pipelines ETL/ELT frameworks and distributed systems.

Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.

Experience with CI/CD tools (Cloud Build GitHub Actions Jenkins).

Familiarity with Terraform or infrastructure automation (nice to have).

Proficiency with Docker and container-based deployment (nice to have).

Soft Skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Ownership mindset and ability to lead technical components independently.
