Role: Azure VDI Engineer
Location: Philadelphia PA 19104 (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

Configure manage and troubleshoot Windows 10 & Windows 11 environments.
Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and administration.
Deploy and manage Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments.
Utilize Nerdio Manager for Enterprise for AVD automation and optimization.
Work with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and VM provisioning.
Manage user profiles using FSLogix profile containers.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
Apply ITIL principles in service delivery and incident management.
Manage tickets and workflows in ServiceNow.
Support project planning and execution activities.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
Solid understanding of Windows OS administration.
Experience with Nerdio FSLogix and ARM templates.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Exposure to project and vendor management.
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
