Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Support the administration of contracts grants and grant-funded programs benefiting veterans and their families in Arizona.
- Manage complex projects through grant and contract coordination compliance oversight and technical support.
- Work collaboratively with agency staff and strategic partners to pursue grant opportunities aligned with strategic objectives and veteran needs.
- Receive review and check compliance on VDF (Veteran Donation Fund) applications; present applications to the committee.
- Process veteran funding approvals and denials.
- Ensure compliance and oversight activities for agency programs including community-based grants suicide prevention mental health/substance abuse employment and trauma treatment training.
- Provide administrative support for veteran support programs and agency operations.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace proficiently to complete daily tasks.
- Work a hybrid schedule: 2 days in office (candidates choice) and 3 days remote Monday Friday 7:30am 4:30pm.
- Must have at least 1 year of administrative experience within the grants field.
- Must be a local candidate available for in-person interviews and able to start within 2 weeks of offer.
