[AZ] Safety Manager

We are seeking a Safety Manager to oversee EHS and site safety operations at a manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and MIOSHA requirements.
• Conduct site safety inspections audits and hazard assessments.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and perform root cause analyses.
• Deliver employee safety training and toolbox talks.
• Manage JHA LOTO fall protection hazard communication and PPE programs.
• Track safety KPIs and lead ongoing safety improvements.

Qualifications :

• OSHA 30-Hour training completion and a valid BCSP certification are required.
• At least 5 years of experience in Safety EHS or HSE.
• Experience in manufacturing automotive logistics warehousing or construction.
• Experience with safety audits inspections and incident investigations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Korean bilingual skills preferred.
