Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position):
To assist the AAA and department with daily duties create posters create and lead events and special projects and write program reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform daily office tasks as needed
(scanning copying distributing mail and posters etc)
To assist AAA with maintaining department website
To assist AAA and department Chair with compiling department newsletter
To create and lead events with little or no supervision
To create a how to guide and write program report for events
To create budget for events

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills)

• Communication

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Ability to work with minimal supervision

• Skill in using Microsoft office Canva (or other design software)

• Knowledge of WordPress or the ability to learn

• Knowledge of Philosophy discipline

Preferred: Familiarity with Philosophy department faculty staff students and events.
