Job Summary
Our Fintech client is looking for a Senior AWS Infrastructure as Code Engineer to automate and manage enterprise cloud infrastructure using Terraform AWS and CI/CD pipelines. Their offices are located in Cumming GA and the person will be required to work onsite 3x a week. Onsite interview is required.
The successful candidate will have deep AWS expertise and a strong background developing reusable Terraform modules and standardized infrastructure automation across complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications: AWS Professional-level or Terraform certification; experience establishing enterprise IaC standards migrating CloudFormation to Terraform and implementing infrastructure testing security scanning and policy enforcement.
The successful candidate will have deep AWS expertise and a strong background developing reusable Terraform modules and standardized infrastructure automation across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design build and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform including reusable modules templates and deployment standards.
- Automate provisioning of AWS compute networking storage IAM security and other cloud services across development testing staging and production environments.
- Develop and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to automate Terraform planning validation and deployment.
- Manage Terraform state dependencies variables and environment-specific configurations; troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Maintain AWS CloudFormation templates and support migrations to Terraform-based automation.
- Develop Python scripts and AWS Lambda functions to extend infrastructure automation.
- Establish IaC best practices for security scalability reliability and maintainability while collaborating with DevOps development security and architecture teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of AWS cloud infrastructure cloud engineering DevOps or related experience
- 4 years of production Terraform experience including developing reusable modules and managing infrastructure across multiple environments.
- 4 years of Jenkins experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines preferably integrated with Terraform deployments.
- Experience with AWS CloudFormation Python scripting and Python-based AWS Lambda functions.
- Strong knowledge of AWS networking compute storage IAM security and infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Engineering or a related technical field.
