Salary & Benefits:
$5000 Hiring Bonus ($500 paid after completion of training $1000 paid at 3 months $1000 at 6 months and $2500 paid at 1 year)
$1500 Referral Bonus for Current Staff!
Awake rate: $20.81 without MAP $21.85 with MAP

Schedule:
Work Schedule: Sunday-Tuesday-11pm-7AM Friday-Saturday-11pm--7AM (40Hours)
Essential Job Functions:
- Actively Advocate for individuals served demonstrating the Agencys values and mission in all interactions
- Leveraging your knowledge and interests in the community to empower individuals and enhance their quality of life
- Implement Individual Service Plans
- Assist individuals with Activities of Daily living including household tasks and chores
- Assist individuals with appointments including driving the Agencys van
- Present in a respectful and professional manner in all interaction
- Attend all trainings and implement knowledge throughout your work
- Communicate in an effective manner whether orally or written
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Active and valid drivers license
- Ability to pass background checks
- Ability to lift to 50lbs and sustained periods of sitting or standing
- Ability to assist in a restraint if needed
- Experience in substance abuse or mental health preferred
