Requirements
Primary Skills include:
- Schedule and set-up video conferences across customer environment.
- First level problem resolution for VT equipment i.e. codecs audio cameras projectors switches etc.
- Manipulate cameras and audio equipment.
- Work with Microsoft Calendars
- Be proficient in Microsoft SKYP Word PowerPoint and Excel.
- Coordinate video requirements for large scale executive events on and off-site of the main customer Facility.
- Provide VTC metrics and reports to management.
