Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AV Lead Engineer to lead the design and engineering of a central rack room and advanced AV infrastructure supporting multiple event spaces. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SMPTE ST 2110 IP-based broadcast infrastructure AV systems architecture and systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and engineering of central rack room and AV infrastructure.
• Develop AV system architecture signal flow diagrams and technical designs.
• Provide expertise in SMPTE ST 2110 and IP-based broadcast technologies.
• Specify and validate AV broadcast software and network components.
• Coordinate with Systems Integrators and engineering teams.
• Lead interoperability lab and integration testing.
• Ensure solutions are scalable reliable and future-ready.

• Strong experience with SMPTE ST 2110 / IP-based broadcast systems.
• Experience designing broadcast and AV infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of IP video multicast PTP and media networks.
• Experience with AV signal flow and system architecture.
• Experience working with multi-vendor systems and Systems Integrators.
