As a Title Clerk you are responsible for ensuring accurate processing and management of vehicle titles and related documentation. The ideal candidate will be organized efficient and able to work collaboratively within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare process and maintain vehicle titles and documentation accurately and timely.
• Verify title information for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with dealerships finance companies and government agencies regarding title and registration processes.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal laws related to vehicle titles and registration.
• Assist customers and internal staff with title-related inquiries and issues.
• Maintain organized physical and electronic filing systems for all title documentation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in title processing in KY a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
