What Were Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an automotive technician.
- Hold a valid drivers license.
- Team oriented flexible & focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel & tire equipment alignment system diagnostic equipment AC equipment etc.
- Ability to utilize automotive software programs Alldata / Mitchell / Napafix.
- High level of motivation & energy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform work specified on maintenance & repair orders with efficiency.
- Diagnose & repair vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension braking air conditioning etc. to specification using the most optimal solution.
- Continuously learn new technical information & techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology.
- Own a complete set of personal work tools.
- Communicate effectively with service writers and team members about repair needs and timelines.
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
