Pay & Shop Flow:

• Pay Range: $26.00 $46.00/hr flat rate (commensurate with level and experience)
• Bays & Flow: High warranty/CP volume with full bays year-round; no waiting on work

Sign-On & Tool Incentives:

• Level 5 / Master: $5000 Sign-on $1000 Tool Bonus ($6000 total)
• Level 4: $4000 Sign-on
• Level 3: $3000 Sign-on
• Level 2: $2000 Sign-on
• Level 1: $1000 Sign-on
