Automotive Dealership Technician

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dealership service team. The technician will diagnose maintain and repair vehicles while providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance inspections and vehicle repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical electrical and computerized vehicle issues.
• Use diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Complete brake suspension steering engine and drivetrain repairs.
• Document work performed accurately on repair orders.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and manufacturer standards.
• Maintain a clean organized and professional work area.
• Communicate repair findings and recommendations with service advisors.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience preferred.
• ASE certification is a plus.
• Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and shop equipment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
