Automotive Technician Entry level to Master technician

Responsibilities will vary based on experience and skill level but may include:

• Perform vehicle inspections and Multi-Point Inspections (MPI)
• Complete routine maintenance including oil changes tire rotations filters and fluid services
• Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical and drivability concerns
• Perform brake suspension steering engine transmission and HVAC repairs
• Utilize Ford diagnostic equipment and service information
• Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
• Follow all Ford and dealership quality standards
• Keep work area clean organized and safe
• Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service

• Basic automotive knowledge or technical school education preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality

• Previous automotive repair experience
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently
• ASE Certifications are a plus
• Ford experience is preferred but not required

• Extensive diagnostic and repair experience
• ASE Master Certification and/or Ford Senior/Master Certification preferred
• Strong electrical and drivability diagnostic skills
• Ability to mentor and assist fellow technicians
