Thornton Chevrolet is looking for a dependable detail-oriented Automotive Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship.
As a family-owned dealership we believe in providing our technicians with the equipment support and opportunities they need to succeed while building a strong service team.
This position primarily involves thorough used-vehicle inspections along with general automotive maintenance mechanical repairs and customer-pay service work.

What Were Looking For
- Previous automotive repair experience with the ability to perform inspections and common mechanical repairs independently.
- Thorough organized and dependable with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify mechanical maintenance and safety concerns during vehicle inspections.
- Experience with brakes steering suspension and general automotive repairs.
- Basic diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to stay focused follow established procedures and complete assigned work accurately.
- GM experience and ASE certifications preferred but not required.
- Valid drivers license.
