What Youll Do

• Greet customers warmly as they arrive in the service drive
• Take clear pictures of customer vehicles during the drive-through process
• Clean fuel and prepare loaner vehicles for customers
• Provide backup support for the Service Receptionist
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department
• Help keep the service lane organized clean and running smoothly
• Provide a positive and professional customer experience from the moment customers arrive

What Were Looking For

• Friendly professional and outgoing personality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Valid drivers license
• Previous automotive or customer service experience is a plus but not required
