• Handle inbound and outbound calls emails and text messages from service customers.

• Schedule confirm and manage service appointments to help maximize shop productivity.

• Proactively contact customers regarding recommended maintenance overdue services and upcoming service needs.

• Follow up with customers who have missed or canceled appointments to get them rescheduled.

• Respond promptly and professionally to online service inquiries.

• Build lasting relationships with customers by providing friendly knowledgeable and attentive service.

• Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information in our CRM and scheduling systems.

• Work closely with service advisors management and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Meet and exceed individual and departmental appointment-setting and customer satisfaction goals.

• You have a positive attitude strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.

• Youre friendly confident and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.

• You enjoy working toward goals and take pride in your accomplishments.

• Youre organized detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment.

• You have excellent communication listening and problem-solving skills.

• Youre dependable punctual and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Youre comfortable using computers scheduling software and CRM systems.

• Previous automotive service BDC dealership call center or customer service experience is a plus.

• Automotive experience is preferred but not required. Were willing to invest in the right attitude and work ethic!
